                         High Efficiency Condensing Oil Boilers

Condensing boilers differ from traditional boilers in that they are designed to 'capture' the energy lost through the flue in the combustion process. This latent heat, which would normally be lost through the flue, is re-used in a condensing boiler. The energy recovered enables the appliance to operate at a more efficient level, which results in cheaper running costs.

 If you have a larger home, then its is likely that you will have a commercial type boiler for your central heating and hot water.

Regular 12 monthy servicing is recommended to keep an oil appliance working efficiently.

Insurance & Guarantee

While working in your home we have a combined policy, which insures my services for public and employers’ liability, products and personal accidents. A copy of the insurance policy may be viewed upon request.

We provide a guarantee for twelve months. In the event of a failure to an installation and our work is to blame. We  will endeavour to put it right and in most cases without further cost to you. Our guarantee will be deemed void; if equipment, materials or parts have been treated with neglect, modified, tampered with or altered by anyone else. If the materials were supplied by you, then you should contact the manufacturer or supplier for advice. Please note; We do NOT refund any payments made.

Estimates & Quotations

In most circumstances We will provide an estimate. Estimates for labour and materials may need to be revised, if you change the scope of the work during the time it is being carried out. We do not normally provide free quotations. If you request a written quotation, a charge will be made, which is redeemable on commencement of the work.

 Discounts to landlords & Estate agents - All emergency personel

We offer discounts to Landlords and disabled persons. We carry out repairs and installations to Hotels, Public houses, Restaurants, shops, offices and letting agencies.  All emergency 999 personel -Police,Ambulance,Doctors,Nurses.
