Mark Oliver, proprietor and Registered Plumber offers a prompt and dedicated plumbing service to domestic and commercial customers, estate &  letting agents and property developers, Private Landlords, architects and builders.

Mark Oliver Plumbing & Heating is an OFTEC registered business for servicing Standard efficiency  and High efficiency OIL Fired boilers and an 'Appointed' service agent for Rayburn, Warmflow & Grant boilers UK.

An Oftec Registered Technician complies to regulations for servicing, installing and commissioning for Oil Fired appliances and is the equivalent to Corgi now known as 'Gas Safe.'

                      We keep our overall turnover below the VAT limit, and are not VAT registered.

Mark Oliver Plumbing & Heating is a Registered Company with the Chartered Institute of Plumbing Heating Engineering [IPHE], a professional association which requires prospective members to prove their qualifications and experience prior to joining; members also have to adhere to a strict code of professional standards.

As an Authorised Rayburn Guild Engineer, Qualified to service,install and repair most Rayburn Oil appliances.

We also carry out commissioning of Rayburn ranges and service Vapourising oil AGA's

Mark's  own qualifications include an NVQ2 in plumbing and domestic heating, a City & Guilds qualification in plumbing, has taken the Water regulations examination and is an "Approved Plumber" for the local water authority. An OFTEC registered installer and service technician {101/102/105E/600A}

Recognising that many householders and businesses are wary of calling on the services of a plumber, for fear of the high costs involved and the difficulties in finding a competent plumber. Mark aims to keep his charges at an affordable and competitive level and attends several training courses throughout the year to update his skills and knowledge.
