We offer a very competitive hourly and half hourly rate for repairs; there is No call out fee, unlike some larger companies!

If you are outside our local area, there is an additional charge made to cover travel costs.

There is a minimum charge of One hour with a competitive hourly and half hourly rate thereafter, you may have to pay a small travel cost. Please ask for more details when you book a service call.

                 We keep our overall turnover low. Were not VAT registered.

    Why not take advantage of the 17.5% VAT before the increase to 20% in January 2011

When Do I need an Emergency Plumber ?      Call Our 24 Hour Service !

There are some plumbing problems that cannot wait until the next day or until Monday morning without causing an inconvenience. Others need to be repaired as soon as possible to prevent flooding and water damage.

You should call an emergency plumber when you have;

• Water Leaking from a pipe
• Your Toilet is blocked or a blocked drain
• You have no water flow
• You can't turn a tap on or off
• You damage a water pipe or supply pipe when doing DIY
• The water from the taps is dis-coloured
• You have no hot water

   Please note; there is a minimum charge and a hourly rate for all call outs at    weekends and at night. Please ask for a Estimate before you accept our services

 Oil boiler breakdowns are at the "discretion of the engineer on call". Please ask for more     details when you call.

There is an out of hours charge in addition to the minimum hourly charge of One hour, plus travel costs if you are outside our local area. Payment is required on completion and can be made either by cheque or cash.

We do try to answer all calls personally, but you will appreciate that as a small business this is not always possible.

If there is no answer, please leave your details clearly, slowly and include a contact telephone number.

                    The engineer on call will return your call as soon as possible.

                           All Urgent call outs are given Priority depending on there nature.

                                 Estimates are provided for larger jobs where required.

We do not under take GAS boiler repairs or installations; although if you ring us we can provide you with details of a GAS SAFE registered gas engineer.
